These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of SMS messaging services provided by CPI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive SMS messages from CPI in accordance with these Terms and applicable The Campaign Registry (TCR) compliance requirements.

Consent and Opt-In Requirements

By opting in, you provide express consent to receive SMS messages from CPI regarding your account and services.

Participation in the SMS program is voluntary and separate from any other service we provide.

Opt-Out Instructions

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Limitations of Liability

CPI and participating cellular carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by circumstances outside their control, including carrier delays, network outages, or other telecommunications issues.

CPI and participating cellular carriers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the SMS program.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

CPI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes may be communicated by SMS or posted on our website at cpi.coop/sms-privacy.

Your continued participation in the SMS program following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
